Start your day with a pick up from either your hotel or the arrivals hall in the airport. Then, begin your journey to Queen Elizabeth in a comfortable 4WD safari vehicle. Along the way, stop for a photo session at the equator, then have lunch in Mbarara. After lunch, spend 2.5-hours traveling to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon your arrival, rest for a while then take a tour of Crater Lake region as your guide gives you information on traditional salt industries and mining methods. Return to the hotel for a delicious dinner and an optional game drive.

Participate in a morning game drive after breakfast. The drive will take you through the main camp at the Mweya peninsular, a location that separates Lake George from Lake Edward via the Kazinga channel. This boat ride will provide you with the opportunity to view animals such as jackals, bush bucks, forest hogs, and lions. Buffalo, elepants, leopards, and the beautiful Uganda kob will be going about their daily routines as well. Retire to the lodge for late lunch, relax at the poolside and wait for lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon head to a fantastic launch cruise on the Kazinga channel and observe beautiful birds and more game. Have dinner upon your return.
